Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University Music Band is the winner of the Grand Prix of the Constellation in Nessebar 2019 International Art Festival. The festival-competition was held in Nessebar, Bulgaria, on August 20-25, with the participation of creative groups from different European countries. Rector of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Merab Khalvashi, together with Kalistrate Tsintsadze, the band supervisor, met the members of the band to congratulate them on successful participation in the festival and to express the gratitude for popularizing the university and Georgian art in General.
