
On 25-27 January and 4 February the first online training “Strategic Plan and International Cooperation Strategy” was held for the consortium member universities in the frame of the “Erasmus+” Institutional Development Project “Role of Universities in Regional Development (RURD)”. The event was held through the TEAM platform and was led by the Santiago de Compostela University researchers and professors. The participants of the four day meeting were introduced to the EU experience of the local and regional needs’ analysis, the university mission, vision, strategic plan development and SWOT analysis. Particular attention was also paid to the strategies of development of effective international cooperation, interaction between the university and the business and the European possibilities needed for the collaboration in research.
