Philip Purifoy, representative of the Fulbright Exchange Program, delivered a public lecture at Shota Rustveli State University in Batumi on the topic: "Early America: The Historical Context of the United States Constitution". The speaker spoke to the students about the American Revolution, the creation of the Constitution and human rights. After the lecture, the meeting took place in a question-and-answer mode, and Philip Purifoy answered the topical questions of the students. Philip Purifoy is doing an internship at the International Education Center of BSU. The public lecture was organized by the Department of Strategic Development and International Relations of BSU.
