The celebration of Georgia’s visa liberalization with the EU made an event at BSU. Zurab Pataradze, Head of the Adjara Government and Rector of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University Merab Khalvashi met the students, professors and educators who had visited European leading universities through various exchange scholarship programs. The Head of the Government congratulated the students on the historic day of visa-free travel to the European Union, and talked about the advantages and opportunities of visa liberalization for Georgia and citizens of Georgia. He put emphasis on the importance of involvement of the youth in the joint international projects, and participation in the trade, economic, cultural relations and processes. Inga Shamilishvili, Minister of Minister of Education of Adjara attended the meeting at BSU.
