Organized by the Center for Management of Vocational Programs and Continuing Education of BSU, a 2-day training was held for vocational education teachers on the topic "Teaching and Assessment in Vocational Education". The training was preceded by a survey of vocational teachers' needs. The first day of the training was devoted to such important issues as: peculiarities of vocational  education, pedagogy, importance of motivation and effective communication, etc. The second day was about teaching-learning methods in vocational education. The training was aimed at developing the pedagogical skills of vocational education teachers and improving the quality of the educational process.
