BSU professors and trainers of the Center for Management of Vocational Programs and Continuing Education participated in the training of trainers on the topic "Training planning using digital technologies". The training was held to share the experience gained from the trainers’ training Barcelona 2020 held in the framework of the "ERASMUS+" project "Optimization of teaching and academic inclusion using distance teaching and learning" (Love Distance). The aim of the training was to enhance the IT competences of the trainees, facilitate the creation and use of various digital resources in the study process and introduce various electronic platforms/applications.

At the BSU Professional Program Management and Continuing Education Center, public school teachers were trained on the topic "Planning different stages of the lesson using digital technologies". Training was held to share experience gained at the trainers’ training Barcelona-2020 in the frame of the “ERASMUS+project “Teaching Optimization and Academic Inclusion through Application of Distance Teaching and Learning “ (Love Distance) with the initiative of the training –“Establishment of Digital Innovations through Regional Innovative Hubs and Mentoring Model in Schools” of the EU project Horizon 2020.

Within the framework of the "ERASMUS+" project "Optimization of teaching and academic inclusion using distance teaching and learning" (Love Distance), BSU students were trained on the topic "Using digital technologies in the educational process". The main aim of the training was to enhance the students’ IT technologies, support creation and usage of various digital recourses and introduction of various e-platforms/applications in learning process. The training was planned taking into account the interests of the participants and students of the faculties of Exact Sciences and Education and Legal and Social Sciences of BSU participated in it.

Within the framework of the "Knowledge and Skills Development Networks and Platforms" (LINKS) project, a training was held on the topic: "Effective CV and interview skills" at Batumi Shot Rustaveli State University. The training was led by trainer Muro Takalandze. The project is implemented with the financing of the European Union by the "United Nations Association of Georgia" (UNAG) and the "Open Society Foundation of Georgia" (OSGF).

With the initiative of the United Nations Association and the "Open Society of Georgia" foundation, a training session was held on current issues of marketing and marketing communications, which was attended by representatives of the Center for Management of Professional Programs and Continuing Education of BSU. The training was led by Kakha Maghradze, a partner of "Jepra" organization, a lecturer of the Georgian-American University and Iliauni.
