
Foreign students from the English-language educational program of Medical Doctor at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University organized Ethnic Culture Day within the framework of AGNI FEST. AGNI FEST represents the fire festival in Indian culture and is a symbol of purity. The festival aims to unite students and establish friendly connections.
The event featured the ethnic part of the festival where traditional clothing, dishes, and musical performances from various regions of India were presented.
The festival lasted for one month and included diverse sports and cultural activities. At the closing ceremony, students who actively participated in competitions and events held within the framework of AGNI FEST were awarded.
AGNI FEST has been held at BSU since 2019 and gives foreign students the opportunity to showcase their own culture and traditions.
