An informational meeting was held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University for first-year students of the English-language single-cycle Medical Doctor (MD) program.

The Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Healthcare, Rusudan Khukhunaishvili, the Director of the MD Program Management Center, Marina Koridze, and staff members of the center welcomed the students, congratulated them on the start of their studies, and presented them with welcome gifts from the university.

During the meeting, the faculty administration delivered a detailed presentation about the university and provided students with important information related to the learning process.

The English-language single-cycle MD program at BSU has been running since 2015, and currently around 700 international students are enrolled in the program. The program attracts students from various countries and contributes to the university’s international and multicultural environment.
