Students of the One-Cycle educational program (English) - Medical Doctor at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Health Care, together with faculty representatives and students of the Georgian-language program, celebrated Diwali, the Festival of Lights, at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.

Diwali is widely regarded as a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness, goodness over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. To mark the occasion, students decorated the university courtyard and the faculty’s common area with candles and festive lights, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The celebration featured a variety of dance performances and interactive games, allowing participants to share and experience an important cultural tradition. Guests were also treated to traditional sweets, adding a special touch to the festivities and promoting cultural exchange among students from diverse backgrounds.
