A working meeting of the Children’s Rights Knowledge Centre of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University was held at the University with the aim of presenting the projects and activities implemented throughout the 2021–2022 academic year.

The event included presentations of the Centre’s training modules, the academic textbook acquired for the Centre, translated and original articles reflecting the Centre’s activities, informational brochures, materials documenting the exhibition of children’s drawings and photographs, as well as the Centre’s official website, logo, and Brand Book.

The meeting brought together representatives of UNICEF, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Akaki Tsereteli State University of Kutaisi, Shota Meskhia Zugdidi State Teaching University, Batumi Public Schools No. 3 and No. 26, the private school “Progress,” the public school of Glola village in Oni Municipality, the Batumi Education, Development and Employment Centre, invited trainers, and students enrolled in Batumi State University’s Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Programme in Primary Education.

The meeting was organized within the framework of the UNICEF-funded grant project entitled “Establishing the Children’s Rights Centre as a Knowledge Centre for the Promotion of Inclusive and Child Rights-Based Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices.”
