• თეზისის მოცულობა: 300–350 სიტყვა
• კონფერენციის ენები: ინგლისური (ფრანგული და ქართული - სრული სტატიების წარდგენის შემთხვევაში, კონფერენციამდე 2 კვირით ადრე)
• საკვანძო სიტყვები: მაქსიმუმ 5

თეზისების გაფორმების წესები

1.  ველები: ზედა, ქვედა, მარცხენა, მარჯვენა - 2 სმ. აბზაცი 1,25 სმ.
2. აბსტრაქტის ძირითადი ტექსტი უნდა იყოს შრიფტით: ქართული ვერსიისათვის Sylfaen, ხოლო ინგლისურ ენაზე მომზადებული აბსტრაქტებისათვის Times New Roman, 12 pt., სტრიქონების ინტერვალი - 1.0.
3. პირველ ხაზზე:  ავტორის სახელი და გვარი ბოლდი, დახრილი გვერდის ზედა მარჯვენა მხარეს. მომდევნო ხაზზე ჩვეულებრივი შრიფტით შემდეგი თანმიმდევრობით: პირველი ხაზი - სამეცნიერო/აკადემიური ხარისხი; მეორე ხაზი - აკადემიური თანამდებობა სრულად ფაკულტეტის დასახელებით; მესამე ხაზი – დაწესებულების დასახელება; მეოთხე ხაზი - ქალაქი, ქვეყნა.
